Technical information and dimension tables

FEATURES:

  • The doors are fire resistant to class EI 45, EI 60, EI 60 and E 120.
  • The door frame is made of 1.5 – 2.0 mm cold-rolled or galvanised steel, in a structure that blocks the entry of heat and smoke.
  • The door leaf is produced from 1.0 – 1.2 mm cold-rolled or galvanised sheet using sandwich panel technique.
  • Rock wool is used as the insulating material.
  • The door frame and leaf can be painted in any requested RAL colour.
  • The frame carries a 2×20 mm intumescent fire seal that expands to block smoke.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

  • The door is ergonomically designed and supplied with black, fire-resistant handles together with a lock mounted on the leaf and a cylinder key.
  • The leaf of a 60-minute fire-resistant door is 60 mm thick and weighs approximately 26 kg/m².
  • The leaf of a 90–120 minute fire-resistant door is 70 mm thick and weighs approximately 28 kg/m².
  • On doors over 2400 mm high the number of hinges increases to three.
  • The doors hold TS EN 1634-1 certificates.
  • On double-leaf doors a closing sequence selector is fitted as standard, and the doors provide thermal and acoustic insulation.
  • Each leaf has two hinges; of these DIN-certified hinges one is a spring hinge providing self-closing, while the other is a ball-bearing hinge that can be adjusted vertically.
  • The frame must carry a 1.5 mm thick anchor plate for fixing to the wall.
  • On escape doors a certified panic bar can be added, so that even if the door is locked from outside it can be opened from inside with the panic bar.
  • The panic bars used hold a UNE-EN 1125 certificate and allow the door to be opened with a force of less than 80 N.
  • The instructions required for installation and maintenance are supplied.
