A prestigious pedestrian entrance that keeps draughts out of the lobby
A sliding door brings indoor and outdoor air into direct contact at every opening; that cold draught felt in the lobby, and the extra work the air conditioning does, both come from this. In a revolving door the volume between the wings works like an air lock: the entrance stays closed even while people are passing through. In hotel, shopping centre and hospital lobbies it is chosen both for that comfort and for what the door adds to the facade.
Figures are typical application ranges; final dimensions and equipment are set per project after the site survey.

Request a free surveyThe clearest benefit of a revolving door is that the entrance is never fully open at any moment. Because the compartment between the wings behaves like an air lock, the indoor environment never meets the outside air directly: heat loss, dust and noise are reduced, and no draught is felt in the lobby. That becomes decisive at entrances where a seating area or a reception desk sits just inside the door.
Diameter, number of wings and finish are engineered to your facade dimensions and pedestrian traffic; during the survey we look at the entrance and decide the right configuration together.

AutomationAutomation for sliding and swing gates
Sliding gates generally have a single leaf that runs along a rail. Entrances of this type need a long, narrow space so that the gate can slide during the opening and closing phases. When choosing the ideal system, the weight and the length of the gate must be taken into account.

AutomationSmooth access control at the car park entrance
These systems consist of a motor and a control unit protected by housings made from different materials. Stainless steel housings are preferred for the critical conditions that arise near the sea and in applications requiring heavy use.
