What is a high-speed PVC door?
High-speed PVC doors consist of a flexible, seamed curtain together with a high-speed motor and control unit. Because they open and close in far less time than conventional doors, they keep the transit time between two environments to a minimum. In industrial facilities they are chosen for passages between production lines, in cold stores and in areas with heavy forklift traffic.

The performance of high-speed doors is directly related to correct measurement and correct installation. Side clearances, lintel headroom, floor flatness and the electrical infrastructure must be checked before installation. Ten minutes of measurement at the survey stage prevents a problem that would otherwise last for years.
With a high-speed door the real gain is not in the speed, but in the total time the door stays closed.
