The economical standard for bridging dock height
The hinged lip leveller is the most common solution in a dock area: the platform rises, the lip at its end folds out onto the vehicle bed, and the forklift drives straight across. Installation and maintenance are simple and the cost is lower than a telescopic model; it is the first choice at docks where vehicles with similar bed heights pull in.
Figures are typical application ranges; final dimensions and equipment are set per project after the site survey.

Request a free surveyThe platform is the same on both ramps; the difference is in the lip at the end. The hinged lip folds out and rests on the trailer bed: simple, robust and economical. The telescopic lip, on the other hand, slides in and out, which is an advantage with trailers loaded right up to the rear and with varying trailer lengths. Where bed heights and the loading pattern are consistent, a hinged lip leveller is usually enough.
Platform size, lip length and capacity are engineered to your dock area; during the survey we measure the level difference and the vehicle traffic and choose the right class together.
