A system that runs flawlessly from day one
The same product will have two very different service lives depending on which team installs it. For us, installation is not the delivery of a product — it is the handover of a working system.
We set the installation plan together with you, choosing the day and time that least disrupts your shipping and production flow. Where necessary, we set up a temporary passageway to keep the line open. In facilities that run in shifts, we time the installation to coincide with shift changes.
All of our installations are covered by a two-year workmanship and installation warranty. The warranty covers faults caused by incorrect installation, settings that have drifted out of adjustment and connection problems. Misuse, impact damage and third-party intervention fall outside its scope.

Installation, maintenance or repair is carried out on the planned day and time, without stopping production.

View detailsFor a single door, installation is usually completed within one working day. On loading dock projects where the ramp, the dock shelter and the door are installed together, it can extend to a few days; we state the exact duration in the quote.
After the site survey, we share the necessary preparations with you in writing. The most common ones are clearing the installation area, running the power supply line to a suitable point and having a level floor.
We assess this after inspecting the product. To be able to provide an installation warranty, we need access to the product's technical documentation and its original installation kit.
