When we arrive on site we make the area safe first, then diagnose the fault on the spot. If a part is needed we supply it from stock the same day; for special parts we state the lead time clearly up front. After the repair we retest every safety device and hand the system over with a service report.
If the same fault recurs at short intervals, the problem usually lies not in the part but in the operating conditions or in a detail of the installation. In that case we review the past service records and propose a lasting solution — and if the product class needs to change, we say so plainly.
